Items available for pre-sale are custom orders that usually take up to 6 weeks to ship.

GLW requires full payment at the time of purchase to secure your item.

What is your return policy?

All sales on glwnyc.com are final due to the custom nature of all stones and materials used.

In the event that an item arrived damaged, please email conceirge@glwnyc.com within 24 hours of receipt and send screenshots of the item.

CARE

We recommend professional cleanings for jewelry annually.

Jewelry does not like bleach, household cleaners, or hard surfaces.

Do not wear gold or enameled pieces in a swimming pool. Chlorine can damage gold. To clean and shine use a microfiber cloth and lukewarm water.

Gold pieces can be polished at your local jeweler.
